ORDERS:	All orders are subject to crop conditions and supply. Shipment of orders may be voided or delayed without liability to Dover Nursery as a result of crop injury beyond our control.
TERMS:	All orders are sold F.O.B. at Dover Nursery. We require 25% down payment due 30 days before delivery. New customers please remit balance at time of pick up. Purchases may be charged only by customers having an established and approved account with our nursery. Overdue accounts are subject to 1½% service charge per month. (Annual rate 18% )
DISCOUNTS:	A 3% discount is extended to any customer receiving an order in excess of $3,000 at one time and a 5% discount if over $5,500. Discounts are extended only if the account is paid in full within the terms of the sale.
SHIPPING:	The buyer shall choose the carrier and pay the cost of delivery according to the terms of the carrier.
CLAIMS:	We guarantee our stock to be in good condition when it leaves our nursery. Upon delivery to the carrier, plants become the property of the buyer. All claims should be made to the carrier. Please inform us if the stock is unsatisfactory for any reason. Your complete satisfaction is of utmost importance to us.
